Each session begins with a connecting prayer.
Erika will connect the many support beings and guides attuned to you with those who work with her. She will encourage you to relax and remain open to receiving help and support.
While holding onto a problem, we remain closed to the solution. Relax and allow the healing energies to move and shift as Erika works her magic.
Erika will address the issues you bring to the session and harmonize past and present energies. You will begin to experience a more peaceful state.
At the end of the session, the “closing procedures” will verify everything is complete. Erika will make any recommendations that came through during your time together and answer any questions you may have related to your healing session.
The 30 minute session is the perfect way to shift back to center after a rocky week. It's also just right for follow-up to a previous session.

This session may not be long enough if....

- If you have people (or pets) you want Erika to clear along with yourself.
Consider a 60 or 90 minute session if you love asking questions to fully understand the "in's and outs" of the information coming through for you. Erika LOVES to answer questions.
