My goal for 2020 is ‘mental purification.’ For the past 2-3 years I have not been my truest self and have never been able to put a finger on what the reason was behind that. I’ve had some minor medical issues in that span of time that caused my mind to run rampant and truly consume me internally.

When I first heard about Erika, (through my sister) of course, I was skeptical since I’ve never done something like this before, but something in my heart told me “I think it’s time.”

I have severe anxiety amongst other major challenges that effect my daily life.
